Hospitality and Events packages include Car Parking.

Pay on the day parking is available on site at the Etihad Stadium on the Blue Car Park (formerly North Car Park) accessed from Alan Turing Way. Blue Car Park costs are as follows:

  • Motorbike – FOC
  • Car - £10
  • Minibus – £20
  • Coach (home & away) - £30
  • Caravan £30

Disabled parking is also available on-site, however it is limited due to the number already allocated to our seasonal members. Please call our Disabled Liaison Officer Francine Bebbington on 0161 444 1894 (option 1) or email disabledtickets@mcfc.co.uk for more information.

At peaks times (immediately post match for approx. 45 minutes) all the Blue Car Parks will operate as a left turn only exit. When traffic begins to move more freely, both lanes will be made available. The Orange Car Park (formerly East Car Park) is pre-sold to corporate clients and is not available to cash sales on the day.

Supporters who want to park slightly further away from the Etihad Stadium, to avoid the road closures are advised to park in K2 entrance which is off Ashton Old Road approximately 50m from the junction with Pottery Lane. The K2 site is a 10-15 minute walk from the stadium and costs £7.

There are a number of satellite car parks around the stadium, with prices displayed at the point of entry. The Club does not endorse these car parks.

Road Closures

Please note that a road closure operates immediately after the event to allow pedestrians to leave the Etihad Stadium safely. This is in place for approximately 20 minutes after the match. This is, however, subject to GMP approval and may be in place for longer than stated above. Roads affected by the closure are as follows:

Alan Turing Way – between Briscoe Lane and Ashton New Road

Ashton New Road – between Alan Turing Way and Hillkirk Street

Residents Parking

A resident parking scheme is in place in the streets around the Etihad Stadium and this is strictly enforced and identified through on-street signage.  Please do not park in these areas as you will be fined and your vehicle may be clamped or removed.  Please respect the needs of local residents. Parking at ASDA adjacent to the Stadium is reserved for store customers only.  Penalties will be imposed for misuse of this car park.

Car Park Opening Times

The Blue Car Park opens at 11:00 (14:30 for night game).

The best way to beat the traffic of course is to stay and enjoy the post-match fun in City Square, at the Stadium end of Joe Mercer Way. City Square, with a fully license outdoor bar and café, is a great place to enjoy food and drink and reflect on the game and watch the highlights with City pundits, player interviews and celebrity guests.
